Job Description

Client Support AdministratorFull Time permanent role - office basedMon - Thu 0830-1700 and Fri 0830-1545Tipton, West Midlands. Plenty of free parking on site. It is advisable to be able to drive and have your own vehicle for this role due to office location.Salary: £23100 plus excellent company benefitsWe are delighted to be working alongside our large, established, professional, yet family orientated client as they seek to recruit and additional staff member on a full time permanent basis within their Tipton office. This role is available due to departmentand company growth levels. This is a superb opportunity to work within an excellent employer who offer a great working environment and career opportunity.The role:Reporting to the Contract Sales Office Manager, your role will be to assist in ensuring that your areas of responsibility run effectively, efficiently, and profitably. Providing excellent communication and organisational skills that are required to drivethe business forward.Key tasks include:Prompt response to customer enquiriesAccurate processing of orders.Logging and following up of quotations.Liaising between customers and internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of existing business and new projects.General administrative duties.Skills and competencies required:You will need to be self-motivated, have strong organisational and communication skills, both verbal and written, to be able to communicate and build good relationships with both external and internal customers.You will always need to be able to work to deadlines and remain focused, have good all-around IT skills and be able to prioritise workload.Good computer literacy levels are required.This is an excellent opportunity to work within a very secure and stable business.
