Job Description

An Assembly Operative / Electrical Assembler is required to join a manufacturing company based in Tipton that specialises in bespoke, modern light fixtures, fitting and other ornamental products. The current set-up on-site is comprised ofa small close-knit team, with progression within the company available.The duties of this role include;

  • Working from assembly lists and following plans
  • The hand assembly of high-end lights and fixtures
  • Using screw drivers and other hand tools
  • Some basic electrical work, working from basic specs
  • Labelling stock and filling out assembly reports
  • General warehousing, stock allocations, loading vehicles
There are training opportunities in this company, and if you do well there is a clear path to team leader progression.This position is on a temp-to-perm basis, working a permanent day shift;Monday - Friday; 7:00am - 4:00pm (every other week you get a Friday off)After a probationary period you will be eligible for a permanent contract.This role is paying £11.00 per hour.If this role is of interest, please APPLY NOW!ASC Connections Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
