Our business is open for applicants of new financial services administrators and junior paraplanners. We are looking for trainees and those with experience with the salary reflecting that.We are a little bit different and we care about our work family, apply to find out more.So what do we do:We support financial advisers across the country in the day to day running of and development of their business, including administration work, such as completing ISA and PENSION applications, to Paraplanning work, which involves writing up the TechnicalSuitability Reports. A number of our administrators also go on to become paraplanners through our extensive training and exam qualifications (if they so wish).We deal with IFAs, Mortgage & Protection Advisers and Employee Benefits.What do we want:We are looking for new administrators/trainee paraplannners to come in and WOW us! We are very keen on developing those with existing experience but also those with non at all.We ideally would like for you to have some previous experience in a financial services firm or have graduated from a Financial Services qualification such as a degree, Studying your CII RO exams or LIBF; however, we will provide full support, qualificationpathways and guidance to the right individual.What would you do:As an administratorthe day to day work is very varied, and no two days are the same. You certainly wont be bored! Every day presents exciting opportunities or challenges. You will work closely with the advisers and their clients, forming good and effectiverelationships. There is a lot of opportunity for real job satisfaction as the work we do often leads to the end client achieving their life goals and dreams.
