This purpose-built Nursery has the childrens welfare first and foremost and this is emulated in the processes within the setting.The successful candidate must be a proactive member, providing an emotionally secure and safe environment. As well as recognising each individual childs stage of development and adapting each activity to the specific child. Having a great knowledge of theEYFS is essential for this role, this allows you to effectively deliver the EYFS, whether this be through observation or assessment.Supporting all staff members and engaging with them is what helps to keep this nursery ticking.
