We are looking for the right individual who would be able to contribute to the smooth running of our cremation service. Assisting our customers promptly, efficiently and empathetically in making arrangements for pet cremations. Whether it is via the telephone, or face to face you must be able to deliver a professional compassionate service at all times. You will be required to process individual records, keeping individual cremation forms up to date. And enter the data gathered accurately. Other duties will include attending the cremation service and assist in packing of the pet ashes when required. You will need to uphold the good name of the company, ensuring that customer care, communication and all relevant duties are done in line with company requirements. The right candidate will have; A caring and compassionate nature. The ability to maintain a positive attitude in a high pressured environment. Good customer handling/facing skills. A good level of MS Office - Word, Excel, Outlook. The ability to communicate/record accurate information on hand-written forms as well as on database. A good understanding of the English language - both verbal and written. Experience of being a pet owner. The successful candidate will be offered; A competitive salary 20 days holiday, increasing by one day each year (up to a maximum of 25 days).
