We are currently recruiting for a Data Input Administrator to join a business located in Royston. You will be joining a small but friendly team with a passion for service. Typical duties for the role will include: The ideal candidate will have SAGE experience to be able to go in and hit the ground running. The successful candidate for this role must have a good working knowledge of Microsoft packages, a strong attention to detail specifically with spelling and grammar. Scan or review incoming data to verify accuracy and lack of conflicts with other reported data or information. Create computer folders, sub-folders, directories and sub-directories to store files. Field calls from customers and other members of public. Provide inputs for creation of labels or invoices. Preparing reports Entering data via SAGE Completing all relevant administration prior to completion General ad-hoc administration duties as and when required Supporting the sales team with any data entry tasks Pulling reports off from their internal system
