Job Description

Reed are exclusively working with a growing organisation just outside of Norwich, who offer a market-leading solution, recruiting for the position of CustomerSales Account Manager to join the team.Permanent, full time role working Monday to Friday 9am -5pm (although 8am-4pm could be considered).This role is responsible for managing existing client business relationships as well as handling new enquiries, upselling additional solutions and developing new client relationships.We are also looking for someone who speaks fluently in both ENGLISH and LITHUANIAN, to look after some customer accounts within the UK and European market.You will need to be a driver with your own vehicle due to the location of the office.Responsibilities

  • Handling inbound customer enquiries as well as following up online enquiries, answering queries and promoting the companys services, signing up customers to work with the company
  • Proactively contacting new clients to grow the client base, introducing services and signing up new customers
  • Administrative tasks and accurately processing customer information, as well as working with other teams to ensure that customers receive an excellent service and their records are set up in a timely manner.
  • Managing new leads/enquiries, upselling/promoting other services where possible
  • Account Management of existing customers, keeping in touch with customers, providing high standards of customer service and strong relationships
  • Managing emails and communications
  • Meeting company objectives and key performance indicators
Requirements
  • Existing Customer Service/ Account Management/ Sales experience
  • Confident, professional and friendly telephone manner
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Ability to upsell and identify opportunities
  • Collaborative team working skills
  • Strong IT skills
Package
  • Salary of £24,000-£25,000 plus uncapped commission- OTE of £30,000+
  • Additional Bonus (one months pay)
  • 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays, with the option to buy or sell an extra 5 days
  • Hybrid working- 3 days in the office and 2 from home
