Job Description

A very well established Lead Generation company are in search of Telesales Agents to work on various lead generation campaigns to generate leads, transfer qualified customers to companies that are in partnership with themTELESALES CONSULTANT £18,000 BASIC SALARY + OTE £30,000+

• Work from home
• Speaking to clients and presenting product/service based on the campaign that is assigned to you eg Solar Panels, Double Glazing and other products/services
• Qualifing the client based on a qualification criteria, ensuring the client is interested in speaking to a Sales Consultant regarding the product/service and transferring the client over
• Commission structure in place in based on monthly target
• Sales training is provided and on going

Career ProgressionProgression to Telesales Team Leader, Business Development(generating new business for the marketing company) or can progress to a Sales Closer role selling products/services based on the lead generation campaign you have been assigned toCandidate Requirements

• 6 Months minimum telesales experience
