Job Title:Therapist/Psychotherapist Recruitment & Assessment teamLocation: Remote working with travelSalary:Up to £45,000 pro rataHours: 3 days 21 hours per weekJob RoleWe have an exciting opportunity for a Psychotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team of Psychotherapists, Supervising Social Workers, Management and Educationalist.You will provide psychoeducational therapeutic support to applicant, foster parents and the multidisciplinary team to enhance their understanding of therapeutic work.To be successful in this role you will need to be skilful in communicating with applicants, foster parents and staff to help them to continually develop and improve the quality and efficiency of therapeutic work that is needed.By the Bridge with Cambian is an innovative, dynamic, independent fostering organisation providing high quality foster care and services to children and their foster families.We aim to create an environment where all people feel valued and can grow, develop and achieve their goals.
