Job Title:Therapist/Psychotherapist Recruitment & Assessment teamLocation: Remote working with travelSalary:Up to £45,000 pro rataHours: 3 days 21 hours per weekJob RoleWe have an exciting opportunity for a Psychotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team of Psychotherapists, Supervising Social Workers, Management and Educationalist.You will provide psychoeducational therapeutic support to applicant, foster parents and the multidisciplinary team to enhance their understanding of therapeutic work.To be successful in this role you will need to be skilful in communicating with applicants, foster parents and staff to help them to continually develop and improve the quality and efficiency of therapeutic work that is needed.By the Bridge with Cambian is an innovative, dynamic, independent fostering organisation providing high quality foster care and services to children and their foster families.We aim to create an environment where all people feel valued and can grow, develop and achieve their goals. A degree in the field of psychotherapy would be preferable.Registration with either UKCP, BACP or BAPT with experience of OFSTED regulationsDemonstrate a good understanding of family systems (systemic) and/or therapeutic parenting.Have the with ability to form healthy relationships internally and externally to the organisationAbility to produce consultation notes and work with therapeutic plans.Able to organise own work and prioritise.Committed to Continuing Professional DevelopmentMultidisciplinary and multi-agency working experienceBe a strong team player, with excellent communication skills.Have excellent communication, organisational and time management skills.In return we offer:Full support from a multidisciplinary teamRegular clinical supervisionMeetings and peer supportDevelopmental opportunitiesInternal/external training on new initiativesNote: Successful candidates will need to meet the person specification in order to be offered this post.
