Job Title:MIG/TIG Welder FabricatorLocation:LeicesterPay rate:£13-14.50ph DOEHours of Work/Shift:weekly rotating 6-2/2-10Type:Permanent, Full TimeStart Date:ImmediatelyWe are hiring an experienced MIG & TIG welder to undertake welding of sheet metal products in Loughborough with availability to immediate start on a permanent contract. This is a fast-paced environment with a friendly team and a modern, clean machine shopthat handles a high volume of customer orders. You will be an important part of this team helping to add the goal.Duties of a MIG/TIG Welder:You will be working as part of the manufacturing team and will be responsible for:

• MIG and TIG Welding
• Fabrication
• Adhering to Health and Safety in the workplace

Skills and experience of a MIG/TIG Welder:As a MIG/TIG Welder, you need to have experience with:

• Reading the drawings drafted by engineers and working to the specification
• Welding MIG or TIG, it will be beneficial if both
• Previous experience working with Stainless steel, Aluminium & Mild steel
• Finishing and fettling ability
• One year of Fabricating (required)
• Minimum supervision

It would be beneficial to the MIG/TIG Welder role if you also had:

• Good communication skills, with written and verbal English
• Access to reliable transport. The clients site is accessible via car, public transport, walking or cycling
• Good work ethic
