They are looking for a self-motivated and proactive Marketing Manager to join their friendly team to progresstheir Marketing function in hand with their Sales department too. If you have experience within a similar role and believeyou could hit the ground running, then this may be the opportunity for you!As the Marketing Manager your duties will include: * Oversee all aspects of external communications and be a brand ambassador for this innovative company* Representing the company at industry events* Development of marketing and communications plans to support the organisations strategic objectives* Creating, planning and implementing marketing strategies to generate leads for the sales function* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records on both the website and CRM system with further development* Liaising with internal/ external parties to produce marketing materials* Support the sales function during the tendering process with relevant marketing materials* Manage and update Google Adwords and review Google Analytics* Performing keyword research in conjunction with the business objectives* Managing and optimising paid search across Google and social channels* Keeping up to date with the latest trends and competitors, understanding their impact and any development requirements* To build strong relationships with key industry publications and websites* Plan and manage communications via social media platforms* Design, management and reporting on campaigns - online and offline* Tracking, reporting and providing detailed ROI analysis of performance* Produce internal and external communications, such as e-bulletins, to staff and clients* Manage staff and client satisfaction surveysSkills required: * Minimum of 3 years of commercial marketing experience* Strong understanding of Google Analytics, WordPress and other industry software* Excellent communication skills and strong track record of creating compelling integrated campaigns* Firm understanding of Google PPC and paid social* Basic knowledge of SEO* A track record in growing social audiences and engagement* Able to operate under minimum supervisionIn return as the successful Marketing Manager you will be offered a salary up to £40,000 per annum depending on experience, you will also be rewarded with a company profit share scheme, alongside other benefits. This is a Monday - Friday position working 9am- 5pm.
