Job Description

I have an exciting opportunity for a Carpenter/Multi Trade to join a leading house builder company. As the Carpenter/Multi Trade you will be carrying out repairs and maintenance on new build properties, paid a higher than market rate, fuel costs coveredon a long term contract.As the Carpenter/Multi Trade you will be responsible for:

Carrying out - Carpentry, Joinery, Siliconing, Painting, Decorating, Patch Plastering, Tiling etc.
Maintenance and repairs in domestic properties
Liaising with customers

The successful Carpenter/Multi Trade will receive in return:

£21 per hour (CIS or PAYE payment basis)
Fuel costs covered
Dedicated consultant to represent you throughout your placement

The Carpenter/Multi Trade must:

Have a valid CSCS card
Have own Van and relevant tools
Have relevant industry experience
