Job Description

Account Manager/BDM (Hybrid role) - IT Managed Services, Microsoft, CloudLeeds, West Yorkshire - Mainly home based with some UK client travel and office days. To suit Candidate living in or near Leeds, Bradford, York, Sheffield, Nottinghamshire. £40,000 - £60,000 + Car Allowance + Highly Achievable OTE earning in excess of 100K Fast growing, dynamic and acquisitive IT Infrastructure and Managed Services Group, with a strong focus on everything Microsoft from Modern Workplace to Cloud Migration (lots of M365 and Azure) to Bespoke Software Development Services, requires experiencedIT Managed Services focused Account Manager / Business Development Manager to join a strong and well rewarded team.The Role: My client provides a full suite of solutions comprising on-premises, hybrid and cloud hosting solutions, Azure cloud migration services, application support, voice solutions, data management and hardware sales and maintenance.You will help my client maintain their customer base in the UK SMB, SME & Mid Enterprise markets through a focused sales strategy involving on-premises IT, Office 365, Azure cloud, and managed services.You will be responsible for further developing and nurturing relationships, following up on high quality new business leads provided from marketing, handling procurement, negotiating with vendors, providing clear proposals and securing deals through to completion.Working in a sale led organisation you will be supported by excellent sales and marketing collateral.Required skills and experience: Experience in a similar direct field-based IT Infrastructure and Managed Services AM/ or BDM role - 3 years + selling to IT Managers, Directors and C level IT leaders.Similar Vendor sales experience - Microsoft, VM Ware, Sophos or similarRobust knowledge of O365, storage, cloud tech and MSPProven track record selling cloud first strategies and transformational projects for cloud adoptionStrong SME Mid-Market focus with great business development skills to drive and secure business.Any exposure to working with clients with Healthcare (NHS) or Financial or Legal & Professional Services or clients in Food & Drink or Manufacturing etc. all of particular interest.What is in it for me you sayA very open culture where collaboration, inclusion and close working with the leadership team is encouraged.
