You will be liaising with the Woodmill manager, going over the production plan and ensuring it completed. You will be supervising a new shift, with a small high skilled teamwith the aim of helping the business grow. This will require the adherence to health and safety procedures, efficient and good housekeeping. It will also require additional training on key machines as and when required to become multi-skilled with the Woodmillenvironment.The ideal candidate will be dedicated and go the extra mile to complete a job to the best of their ability. You will have strong management and organisational experience, being in charge of a highly skilled team of engineers.The Role:
