Job Description

Sales Account Manager-Thetford-£CompetitiveI am currently recruiting for an amazing client of ours based in Thetford who are experiencing brilliant growth and are seeking a Sales Account Manager to join their great team!Salary: £CompetitiveHours: Monday-Friday (40 Per week)Holiday: 21 days + Bank HolidaysJob Responsibilities:

  • To process orders from Customers and ensure orders are accurate in a timely fashion
  • To provide and to follow up on quotations and understand reasons why a quotation was won/lost.
  • To process new and updated service contracts, completing administration, recording and updating reporting systems as required
  • To keep clients updated with progress of orders, making them aware of any changes
  • To work seamlessly with internal departments such as procurement and logistics to ensure deadlines are met
What are we looking for
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • A great eye for detail, accuracy in processing data and information
  • Good organisation and communication skills
  • IT Skills - An aptitude for using a range of work systems
  • Driven in delivering results and meeting customer expectations
