Process Improvement Manager Suffolk £35,000 - £40,000 + Bonuses + Van + Training + Pension + Holidays We have an excellent opportunity for a Process/Chemical Engineer with management experience in the Oil & Gas, Renewables or Wastewater sectors to join a large Renewable Energy company who specialise in the production of Biogas. In this role you be responsible for the management of one of their Biogas production facilities with the focus being towards process improvement across the board. This will involve things such as planning and management of projects, troubleshooting issues and improving KPIs. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their ability to increase efficiencies in a process environment and who enjoys the responsibilities that come with a management position. The role: * Troubleshooting and addressing plant issues * Improving the quality and reliability of a Biogas plant * Identifying, planning and managing process improvement projects * Monthly KPI reports to upper management The person: * Autonomous and reliable * Proven track record in a Process Improvement role e.g Oil & Gas, Biogas, Wastewater * Relevant degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering * Experience in project management * Comfortable with working in the outdoors when needed Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd regrets to inform that our client can only accept applications from engineering candidates who have a valid legal permit or right to work in the United Kingdom.
