You will be responsible for liaising with our suppliers to ensure the perfect customer experience. You will handle bookings,upload documents, provide back office support and work with internal departments to make sure our operation flows smoothlyBenefits of the Role:

What Are We Looking For:
  • ExperienceYou will have past experience of working in a customer service or administrative role
  • LanguageWe have roles available for English, Spanish, Portuguese & Greek speakers
  • Skills You will have excellent attention to detail, be highly organised and self-motivated as well as having strong maths skills and competent IT experience
  • Industry Whilst we are open to candidates from ANY industry, if you have worked in the travel or tourism industry then we would love to hear from you
  • Location Whilst we have adapted to WFH, we still love to meet up in the office. You will need to be able to commute to Manchester City Centre at least once per week
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Ensurecustomer satisfaction by answering any queries professionally and in a positive manner
  • Loading and maintaining contracts in our inhouse system
  • Providing support to customers in resort by liaising with suppliers to resolve any issues quickly
  • Repricing amended holidays
  • Improving customer experience by feeding back any issues to other parts of the business
  • Ensuring we always work in simple, efficient ways
