Recruitment ConsultantLocation: Manchester, ArdwickContract: Permanent - Full-TimeCompetitive salary dependent on experience levelVision for Education is looking to appoint a Manager of Secondary Education to join our team in Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity for a current manager or senior consultant to join the market leaders in education recruitment in the Manchester area, recruiting high-quality teaching and support staff for short and long-term placements and permanent roles. Leading a high performing team of consultants, with plans for increased staffing in the months to come, you will be a true leader, and passionate about developing your team.The role:Vision for Education is proud to offer an unrivalled service to both schools and teachers. The role is demanding and diverse and involves:

  • Leading a team of consultants and resource consultants.
  • Building upon the strong reputation and performance of the branch.
  • Hiring new members of the team, and developing them to their true potential.
  • Autonomously running your branch.
  • Working with other managers and members of the Vision for Education team, to share best practice and constantly develop.
  • Build and manage your own desk.
    • The successful Manager will have/be:
  • Excellent communication and sales skills.
  • The ability to grow a branch (secondary).
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • An ability to organise their own workload and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated and resilient.
