Midweight Art DirectorManchester34K - 38KHybrid2days wfh/3days on siteAre you an experienced Midweight Art Director looking for your next roleAre you looking to join a fantastic Ad Agency in Central Manchester and support the team across a range of creative projects and exceed clients briefsIdeally you will be an experienced MidweightArt Director with a background in design, advertising and digital nd previously worked in Creative Agencies.As Midweight Art Director in this role you will:-Have a minimum of 3 years experience as an Art Director- Support the team by producing creative work across a range of projects, which is appropriate and exceeds the clients brief- Take ownership for the conception and delivery of your ideas, create concepts and challenge convention- Challenge and clarify briefs, understand clients expectations and articulate ideas- Work in partnership with the Client Services team, and initiate and respond directly to client communications where appropriate- Attend briefing meetings and proactively communicate with the Strategy, Client Services, Digital, and Operations departments to ensure a smooth delivery of projects- Keep up to date on the creative sector, news, events and trends and share this knowledge on a regular basis with your team- Demonstrate a strong capability in presenting your work internally and externally- Work collaboratively, to create inspirational ideas that answer the brief and are within budget- Present initial concepts to the Creative Directors and appropriate teams in a timely manner, accepting feedback and responding accordingly- Have key skills in core design applications including, but not limited to, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesignMidweight Art Director Extras include:- Birthday off- Bring your dog to workIf you are an experienced Midweight Art Director then please apply or get in touch with Liz @ Profiles Creative
