You will be joining a national charity with a track record for looking after their staff (investors in people / best company to work for awards).Please note:you MUST have access to your own vehicle and you will be expected to travel to different locations depending on business needs so you must be flexible with outreachThis is a rewarding role, supporting ex-offenders to gain employment upon release from prison.Based out of the local probation trust in Harlow, you will work with a caseload of ex-offenders to provide support around training, education and employment whilst signposting them to services covering housing / resettlement needs to ensure they are receivingwell rounded support as they re-integrate back into society.This is an exceptional company to work for who encourage career development.
