Your Experience: The desired candidate would be someone with experience of working with individuals who can present challenging behaviour, and has a good understanding of severe learning difficulties, or have at least some basic experiencein care work. We would love to hear from you if you are self-motivated to help others, especially those with complex and special needs and are willing to learn. Drivers are in great need, but non drivers employed.You!Support Workers come from many different employment backgrounds and experiences such as Customer Service, NHS, Retail, Admin and more.
