Job Description

Senior TechnicianAudio VisualMidlands£25,000-£35,000 basic salary 25 days holiday. Company pension. Sick pay. Overtime pay.I am working with a leading provider that offers installation and solutions for Live Events. My client works with some of the biggest and well-known events in the UK. They are a growing business with a flexible, supportive can-do attitude towards any projectsthey are working on.Responsibilities

  • Working on-site at different venues, exhibitions, and events.
  • Liaising with clients and managing their expectations.
  • Set-up of AV equipment, stage building and managing event.
  • There will be a requirement to stay over in hotels if an event is over a couple of days.
  • Operating equipment, such as sound desks and cameras as needed.
Experience:
  • Experience working on events.
  • Audio Visual equipment experience – ideally 2 years’ experience as a technician.
  • Confident and strong communication skills
  • Excellent team player
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines.
  • Good attention to detail, and a pro-active approach to problem solving.
  • Full driving license.
