Job Description

Sales & Service AdvisorUp to £25,000 + Amazing benefitsShrewsburyBusiness hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday 9am-5pmTo assist the company in achieving its business objectives and revenue targets by working as part of team delivering first class multi-channel support and sales to all customers. Achieved by reaching out and identifying prospective customers and leads acrossmultiple channels, including telephone, email, and webchat. Also answering incoming enquiries within agreed timescales, providing customers information on products and services, accurate processing, and monitoring of sales orders, responding to enquiries andfinding solutions to customer issues.Responsibilities

  • Respond professionally to high volume of emails and phone enquiries, adhering to agreed phone and email etiquette guidelines, and achieve high accuracy rate and liaise with customers via webchat on a regular basis.
  • Reaching out across all channels while maintaining a professional manner to develop excellent client relationships and encourage sales.
  • Proactively follow up request for quotes with outbound calls and emails in a timely manner.
  • Confidently and professionally present good consultancy skills and advice to potential or existing customers, encouraging, and supporting sales.
  • Maintain accurate & up to date customer records liaising with Sales Team for any new customers to be assessed.
Essential
  • 2+ years in a telephone sales environment
  • 2+ years’ experience of working in a customer service role, as part of a team.
  • Experience of making outbound communications and recognising potential sales.
  • Experience of creating and processing orders and invoices.
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office Packages especially Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Exceptional communication skills inbound and outbound.
  • Good interpersonal skills

  • Holiday: 22 days per annum rising to 23 in year 2, 24 in year 4 and 25 in year 5.
  • Pension: Will be auto enrolled into the scheme after 3 months at ER contribution 3% and EE contributions 5%
