As a recruitment expert, the role involves influencing stakeholders at different levels to implementan effective recruitment strategy, meeting weekly hiring targets aligned with business growth. The position requires providing a consistent recruitment service, designing regional strategies, managing attraction budgets, and ensuring adherence to marketingand branding standards. The field-based role involves working from home, branch locations, and central offices, with a focus on addressing recruitment challenges in the region. *subject to terms and conditions and qualifying periodWhat you need You will have proven expertise in high-volume recruitment, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the recruitment cycle and the ability to identify performance improvement opportunities. You must possess a keen awareness of market challenges in thesocial care sector and be adept at designing effective recruitment strategies. Essential skills include interpreting and utilising data, tailoring presentations for diverse audiences, and reporting recruitment performance against KPIs. You should also havestrong team management, organisational, and communication skills, as well as proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office.
