As a recruitment expert, the role involves influencing stakeholders at different levels to implementan effective recruitment strategy, meeting weekly hiring targets aligned with business growth. The position requires providing a consistent recruitment service, designing regional strategies, managing attraction budgets, and ensuring adherence to marketingand branding standards. The field-based role involves working from home, branch locations, and central offices, with a focus on addressing recruitment challenges in the region.
