Calling all Marketing Managers, are you looking to take charge of the exciting UK & Ireland automotive aftermarketOur client is one of Europes largest manufacturers and distributors of tools and workshop equipment for the automotive aftermarket.Were looking for a talented marketing manager who can spearhead their marketing strategy, ensuring the products and brand make a lasting impact. If you have a passion for marketing, excellent organisational skills, and a creative mindset, this could bethe perfect opportunity for you.As the Marketing Manager, youll play a vital role in developing and executing marketing plans for both new and existing products. Your keen eye for market trends and product research skills will allow you to craft effective strategies that resonate withthe target audience. Youll work closely with colleagues to create launch plans tailored specifically for the UK & Ireland markets.In addition to strategic planning, youll also be responsible for coordinating and creating engaging marketing materials across multiple channels. Your work will contribute to increasing brand awareness and customer engagement throughout the UK & Ireland.From managing the website and image library to handling company literature, youll have the opportunity to showcase your creative flair and attention to detail.Collaboration will be key in this role, as youll work closely with the European Head Office, the sales team, and valued customers. By building strong relationships and understanding the customers needs, youll be able to shape their marketing efforts effectively.This is a hybrid position and the office is based in Telford, Shropshire, where youll enjoy a vibrant working environment surrounded by a passionate team. While most of your work will be home/office-based, youll also have the chance to travel within theUK and Europe, allowing you to explore new markets and expand your horizons.To excel in this role, relevant marketing experience is essential. While automotive aftermarket or related product market experience is preferred, its not essential, so dont hesitate to apply if youre a marketing enthusiast looking for a new challenge.You should also be proficient in various digital, web, and editing software tools, leveraging technology to deliver impactful campaigns. Your ability to analyse market trends, complete product comparisons, and create evidence-based content will set you apart.A degree or equivalent qualification will be beneficial, demonstrating your commitment to personal and professional growth. Excellent time management and organisational skills are a must, as youll be juggling multiple projects simultaneously.
