Empowering Learning are looking to recruit an excellent Year 1 Teacher to join a top-performing primary school in Shopshire. The school is three form entry and has been graded "good" by Ofsted. This role is also open to ECTs.As a Year 1 Teacher, your role will involve you joining one of the schools classes as a general class teacher and you will be developing through plenty of training and Protocol CPD programmes. Part of your role will include delivering lessons day-to-daywith the full support and help from a teaching assistant on hand to help you lead small groups of students and 1:1 sessions.
