Job Description

  • 1st Line IT Support
  • SHIFT WORK - Within every 28 day period, you will work a total of 7 day shifts and 7 night shifts, with 14 days rest.
  • £24,000 - £28,000 + £3,000 Shift allowance
  • Onsite in Telford
  • Driving licence is essential
1st Line IT Support - You will be responsibility for support of the Wintel Infrastructure, resolving faults, incidents and problems, ensuring that customers incident, change & requests tickets are managed in a professional, consistent manner.Experience:Previous experience in a similar Wintel technical support roleExperience of working in an enterprise-level commercial environmentSkills and Abilities:Microsoft Windows Server (2008, 2012, 2016 & 2019)Core Windows infrastructure components (DHCP, Windows failover clustering, etc.)Active Directory experienceAzure AD technologies including Azure AD Connect, ADFS, Azure SSO and PIMDue to the volume of applications received for positions, it will not be possible to respond to all applications and only applicants who are considered suitable for interview will be contacted.Proactive Appointments Limited operates as an employment agency and employment business and is an equal opportunities organisationWe take our obligations to protect your personal data very seriously.
