A highly successful and growing firm of chartered accountants based in Teignmouth is searching for a Senior Manager / Partner Designate level addition to join their firm as a key addition. You will lead and manage a wide ranging client base, along with thewider team and play a key role in the firms ongoing growth and future success, with a clear progression path on offer.Client DetailsBased in Teignmouth this accountancy practice is undergoing really positive growth having experienced around 40% growth over the last 18 months, with plans and vision in place for further growth. The firm acts for very wide ranging clients across varyingindustries acting for wider ranging industry sector OMBs, SMEs and corporate limited company clients, along with acting for smaller sole trader and partnerships. Average clients are typically up to around the £1million mark in turnover, with some of theirlarger clients up to £10 - £12 million in turnover. The firm uses Tax calc and has embraced cloud/online accounting across Xero/ Quickbooks etc. Excellent career progression prospects are on offer here within a well established firm of accountants, planningfor future succession and growth of the firm.DescriptionJoining the firm at the Senior Manager / Partner Designate levels entirely mouldable around the background and fit of the right professional, you will be based out of the firms Teignmouth offices and will take responsibility for a portfolio, managing theprovision of all round accounting / tax compliance and wider advisory focused work. You will work closely alongside directors, managing a wider team of managerial, qualified and trainee staff developing and growing this team. You will work on the further growthand expansion of the firm with a clear progression and development path on offer for the right candidate.ProfileThe ideal candidate will be qualified across any of ACA, ACCA and/or CTA, with a career background developed in any of a large, national firm accountancy practice background and/or, a regional independent firm background of any size. You will be at leastan experienced Senior Manager level professional, seeking the right long term, career move.
