We are currently recruiting for a client of ours who is a leading specialist in sign design, manufacturing and installation, known for their high-quality work. They are presently seeking to hire an energetic and enthusiastic Yard Operative to join theirteam, to facilitate smooth daily operations of their yard.8am-4:30pm / Monday to FridayAs a Yard Operative, your key responsibilities would include:- Assisting with loading and unloading of goods- Ensuring the yard is kept clean and well-maintained- Adhering to health and safety regulations- Stripping items for recycling- Assisting other team members as required**Key Requirements:**The ideal candidate will have:- Previous experience in a similar yard operative or warehouse role- Happy to work outdoors for periods of time- Competent and confident in the use of basic hand tools such as drills.- Ideally have a FLT licence- An ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team- Excellent communication skills - A proactive, can-do attitude- A commitment to adhering to health and safety standards
