As a Trainee PhotocopierField Service Engineer, you will develop your talentfor service and maintenance of high end, quality photocopiers and MFDs. You will utilise your strong IT, connectivity and software skills to deliver great customer service and exemplify the companys prestigious reputation in the region.You will have a UK Driving Licence and develop your existingknowledge of IT, network and software solutions such as Papercut, Equitrac, P Counter, Docuware. You get regular manufacturer training and gain valuable experience in repairingelectrical faults,You must have entry level experience in one of the following; customer focusedIT help and support, photocopy or print repair, working knowledge of coffee or vending machines, exposure to mechanical or electrical engineering and you will have a desire to be in a field-based role.This is a great opportunity to join a leading business based in the Northeast with a great reputation for client satisfaction and an incredible historic record of developing community projects across the regionTrainee PhotocopierField Service Engineer core responsibilities:
  • Field servicing client equipment requires a UK Driving Licence
  • Delivering excellent, efficient customer communication, service and supporting all new and existing client relationships
  • Utilising manufacturer training and experience to service and maintain high end, quality photocopiers and MFDs
  • Become a Technician with expertise and delivery of strong IT, network and software knowledge
  • Develop skills to repair electrical faults on office peripherals, photocopiers and MFDs
  • Learn, develop and train to deliver the best, up to date knowledge and manufacturer lead solutions to clients across the region
