As the first point of contact for both existingand prospective referrers, you will be responsible for growing your referral base by building strong and robust customer relationships.What Youll NeedYou will be proactive, enjoy meeting new people, and confident amongst senior and professional members of the ophthalmic community. Youll be self-motivated, managing your own diary, meetings and route planning. You will of course work in close partnershipwith colleagues at your Hospital, developing internal relationships and making the most of every opportunity to build our business.Specifically, you will: Have demonstrable sales experience, preferably within an Optometric/Optician role or within FMCG Be a natural strong relationship builder Be driven, high energy and a drive to be successful Have excellent written and verbal communication skills Be able to work alone and as part of a team Be able to effectively manage own workload Have a full, clean driving license Be able to use Microsoft Office applicationsYoull see and feel the Optegra difference when you walk through the doorand youll have every opportunity to really make a difference.
