Job Description

Medacs Healthcare are looking for an office manager to join our team in GatesheadHours: Full time 08:30-17:00 Mon-FriSalary: £25-£30kThe role is based within a Disability Assessment centre for Personal Independence Payment (PIP)To achieve the smooth and efficient running of the office and assist the Operations Manager in achieving business KPIs and SLAs.Key Responsibilities

  • To manage the day to day activities of the offices and admin staff in Gateshead.
  • To ensure smooth running of all contracts.
  • Book assessment slots for Clinicians -maximising the Clinicians time.
  • Input all holidays and sickness
  • Ensure that all KPIs and SLAs are achieved in line with contracts.
  • Attend client meetings when required.
  • Arrange or delegate all work where necessary.
  • Produce daily MI.
  • To report on all incidents
  • Check all invoices to make sure all payments are correct and in line with what has been agreed. Eg. Language line/Cleaners/Actors for training
  • To implement new ideas that will help in smoother running of the office once agreed by OM.
  • To ensure that all visitors are welcomed in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable with appropriate literature on display
  • Provide cover for other offices, as required.
  • General administrative duties e.g.: Using Microsoft Office packages such as Excel and other bespoke IT systems,
  • Photocopying, using the telephone
  • Other reasonable duties as may be required from time to time

Essential Requirements
