Employer description:Newcastle Skin Clinic is a multi-award winning, independently nurse led clinic. Established in 2014 by Luisa Scott nurse prescriber and BACN member, Luisa moved back to her home city after spending years living and working in London after training in HarleyStreet and working at the prestigious Harrods medispa in Knightsbridge. Luisa spotted a gap in the market for a boutique aesthetics clinic in her home town of Newcastle and with the idea of bringing Harley Street to the North East and making great quality,professionally administered treatments available in the North East, she quickly built up a loyal client base and becoming one of the leading clinics in the area.Luisa is trained in and offers her patients a range of treatments including botox, dermal fillers, EDS, lip fillers, skin peels, hyperhidrosis treatment with minor ops being introduced in the near future. The clinic ethos is to bring the high standardsLuisa learned from her time working in London working with some of the top dermatologists and surgeons in the UK, and maintain them in Newcastle.Overview:This position requires a candidate who is confident and willing to develop a high standard of digital marketing knowledge and content creation/management skills. You will be working across a number of social media platforms using a broad range of tools.Working day-to-day with the clinic team which comprises of an aesthetic nurse, beauty therapists and admin staff, the support of a marketing manager and team (who work remotely). They are a professional and friendly close knit team.Main responsibilities: [Your daily duties will include, but not be limited to:]

  • Day-to-day social media scheduling i.e. Instagram / Facebook stories
  • Social media community management and general maintenance of engagement e.g. comments and direct messages etc.
  • Creating content for social media stories and posts
  • Updating and uploading videos to YouTube channel
  • Taking designs and building HTML emails
  • Scheduling and planning email campaigns in mailchimp for a wide range of clients
  • Testing emails and web pages before they are published, working with the marketing team to implement amendments
  • Scheduling social media content
  • Using website content management systems to create and publish web pages
  • Managing data for campaigns
  • Reporting on the impact of campaigns and making recommendations for ongoing improvements
  • Assisting the Marketing Manager with creative campaign planning
  • Assisting the team with content capture: photoshoots, events etc.
  • Using web and social media analytics to measure reach and engagement and collating monthly reports
  • Generating creative ideas in team brainstorming sessions and writing up notes from these meetings
  • Assisting Business Development Manager with market research
  • Carrying out competitor reviews/research on a regular basis

Entry requirements:You need to have 5 GCSEs:
  • Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades D or above
  • 3x GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades A-C in any subject
