Job Description

Do you want to be part of a fast paced growing business with opportunity to progress If your answer is yes, then look no further as Legalsolutions4u, are seeking to recruit a full time Customer Service Advisor.Based in the Team Valley in Gateshead you will undertake a variety of work primarily in Consumer Law and Employment Law.You will gain a real insight into the day-to-day work undertaken within an entrepreneurial business and you will be expected to make a valued contribution to the work of our existing fee-earnersThe RoleAs a Customer Service Advisor, your role will be to provide legal advice to the Motor Trade in relation to the Consumer Rights Act 2015.Your day to day role will include the following :-

  • Dealing with disputes between car dealerships and consumers;
  • Drafting letters of advice to car dealerships in respect of their consumer obligations;
  • Advising car dealerships on their legal obligations;
  • Ensuring car dealerships comply with the Consumer Rights Act 2015
  • Dealing with disputes between trading standards and car dealerships;
  • Liaising with the Financial Conduct Authority in relation to any breaches of the FCA rules by a car dealership
  • Attending meetings and calls and noting actions and following up
All necessary training will be provided to complete the work.Skills and Experience RequiredEssential
  • Experience of working in a fast paced professional environment preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High levels of computer literacy and competence; computer programming skills a plus
  • Openness to learning new technology tools and systems
  • High level of attention to detail and problem solver
  • Ability to adapt to changing work environments
  • Strong client focus and ability to demonstrate commitment to outstanding service delivery
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work either autonomously, co-operatively or with direction
  • Proven forward planning skills and the ability to manage own workload and prioritise workloads effectively
  • Commitment to continuous improvement in work processes; ability to identify areas in need of improvement and suggest new methods where appropriate

  • 2 years Inbound/Outbound Customer Service experience
Annual wageUp to £23,000 dependant on experienceWorking weekMonday - Friday 9.00am - 5.30pmTotal hours per week: 37.5 hrsImmediate start date.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: Up to £23,000.00 per year
