Job Description

Field Service Engineer required for a fantastic company who provide and service coffee machines for large recognisable UK outlets.The role will be working to an allocated service route and attending customer sites to carry out service, repair and installations work.The company services every major type of coffee machine and are recognised nationwide. They are extremely well run and have built a brand associated with quality and professionalism.Candidates will ideally transfer from a coffee machine servicing background but applicants must be able to demonstrate strong electrical skills and basic mechanical skills will be considered.You will work in South West England and all travel expenses will be covered.Responsibilities:

Plan routes
Maintain parts inventory (booking out, ordering & returning)
Service machines
Repair machines
Regular communication with Controllers and Engineers
Provide excellent customer service, listening carefully to customer concerns and addressing issues until the customer is satisfied
Strive to exceed company targets

Requirements:

Strong problem-solving skills
Great communication skills
Excellent customer service
Good electromechanical background
Ability to read and understand circuit and hydraulic diagrams and schematics
