You will be office based once a week and then conducting site visits to check on progress and carry out pre/mid and sign-off inspections. The company can put youthrough SSSTS / SMSTS courses and help you to gain an NVQ in Construction Management. For the right candidate, opportunities to progress into a Contracts Management role are available.This role would ideally suit someone with a trade background looking to come off the tools and step into a supervisory role for a company who value and invest in their staff.
