We have also welcomed people returning to their chosen career after a career break.Job descriptionThe senior software engineer is responsible for designing, coding, testing, deploying, improving and supporting applications and services.This will be within an agile development team which could primarily be working on new products and features, support of existing systems, or a combination of both.As a senior engineer you will support and mentor more junior members of the team to help build capability.The UK Hydrographic Office is a leading centre for hydrography, providing marine geospatial data to inform maritime decisions.
