We require an experienced Senior Property / Portfolio Manager for an Established Companybased in Taunton and covering the Somerset areas as far as Yeovil & Weston Super Mare, with a salary of up to £35,000 and no weekend working.Our client is looking for an organised, and driven lettings professional to work with them in Taunton. You will have lettings and property management experience and be able to multitask and organise your own workload daily. You will have at a year’s propertymanagement experience and be able to hit the ground running at a more senior level with department responsibility such as maintaining property management systems, organising and carrying out property visits and rent reviews as well as implementing a new processfor tenant find. The current portfolio is around 300 residential properties currently but should be rising to around 400 over the next year plus some commercial lets. Training can be given on the commercial side.You will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of managed properties from the point of move into the deposit release and everything in between including dealing with repair and maintenance issues, organising safety certificates, check ins, checkouts, inventories, quarterly visits and general tenant customer care.In return you will be working for an established firm and receive a competitive salary, in the region of £28-35,000.
