Job Description

Our client is a highly successful financial services company who specialise in providing independent financial advice throughout the region.They are a friendly, yet ambitious business who are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to drive their business forward and work very closely with the Accounts DirectorThe Senior Manager will be responsible for a varied portfolio of non-audit clients, across a range of industry sectors, including sole-traders, partnerships and limited companies.This role will be reporting directly to the managing director of the accountancy practice and you will have the opportunity to take a lead role in developing this business and taking the business to the next level.Duties include, but not limited to:

  • Manage a varied portfolio of clients from a range of industry sectors
  • New business enquiries, arranging quotes and meetings
  • Building and managing a client portfolio
  • Driving growth of the client portfolio either through your own book or relationship building
  • Attending networking and marketing events to develop new business and build relationships
  • Assisting the MD on internal business matters
    • The successful candidate must have:
  • ACCA / ACA qualified or qualified by experience
  • An enthusiasm to network and develop new client relationships
  • Strong communication skills
  • A passion for your work and a drive to succeed
  • A motivated and highly organised approach
  • High standards of presentation
    • Having a book of clients would be desirable but not essential.This may be a step-up for someone looking for progression, or the opportunity for development for an existing Senior Manager within a growing business.We look forward to receiving your application.
