Job Description

JOB TITLE: Pay Administrator(This role will really suit a candidate with excellent accuracy skills who is able to collate payroll information from various sites to input accurately and efficiently ready for processing. You will be a great communicator and accurate worker with greatattention to detail)LOCATION: Taunton, SomersetSALARY & BENEFITS: Up to £28,000 PA DOE20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays (accrue additional day per year up to 25 days) | a wellness day | Healthcare plan | free parking | friendly and sociable team | one day working from home per week | new offices | exciting opportunity to join a growing business!HOURS: 8.30am - 5pm, Monday to Friday (9am start possibly considered with a shorter lunchbreak)THE COMPANY: A growing, people focused company. This is a very excitingtime to join the business - you will be offered lots of opportunity to develop and learn.THE ROLE: Based in the finance department you will liaise with various sites to collate payroll information and data to allow for accurate financial information. As you will communicate with other sites regularly you will need to be a confidentand approachable individual with a passion for helping people.DUTIES:

  • Payroll - collating data from different sites and inputting onto the system, integration training with new sites, producing reports and dealing with monthly payroll queries.
  • System administration - using industry specific system to calculate and verify payments, liaising with managers on new starters and amendments, producing training to new managers.
  • Processing bi-weekly expenses.
  • Inputting petty cash from all sites on a monthly basis.
THE CANDIDATE:
  • Either prior payroll experience or data collation and data entry experience with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent problem solving skills.
  • Team player and enjoys a team environment.
  • IT Literate - good working knowledge of Excel and ideally accounting payroll software.
