Job Description

Are you a creative communicator with a passion for storytelling and driving impactful results We are looking for a Marketing & Communications Officer to become the brand champion for a dynamic group based in Taunton, crafting engaging content and leadingcommunication strategies to amplify our presence in the market.Benefits:

Day to Day of the Role:
  • Lead internal and external communication strategies for the group’s subsidiaries, including fostering and outdoor education services.
  • Develop and execute content for websites, social media, and campaigns to attract new team members and drive recruitment efforts.
  • Collaborate with directors and senior management to shape the company’s communications landscape.
  • Take ownership of marketing initiatives, contributing directly to the success of the organisation.
  • Design and produce a wide range of marketing collateral in line with brand guidelines.
  • Analyse and strategise to optimise marketing efforts and report on outcomes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a social media marketing role within an organisation.
  • Proficiency with Content Management Systems (CMS), Canva, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Ability to create engaging content for social media platforms and websites.
  • A creative mindset with an eye for design and strong analytical skills.
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong IT skills and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and a team player
