Job Description

Housing Programme Contract Manager - Fixed Term Contract - TauntonAcorn by Synergie is recruiting for a Housing Programme Contract Manager to work in the Taunton area on a 3 month fixed term contract that has the potential to be extended.The pay rate will be £300.00 - £325.00 per day.The hours of work will be Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pmThe role will be to deliver Housing Programme Contracts, ensuring the objectives, targets and priorities are met, whilst remaining compliant within statutory regulations.Job duties:

  • Managing external contractors.
  • Engage with residents to ensure satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Keeping accurate records and updating reporting systems.
  • Setting performance targets and timescales for each project.
  • Investigate complaints and act upon the findings.
  • Problem solving and overcoming issues throughout each project.
  • Attend internal and external meetings.
  • Managing the budget of each project.
The programme spends in excess of £15m a year on a range of improvement projects. Which include a variety of construction upgrades from internal jobs such as replacement kitchens and bathrooms, upgrading insulation and ventilation to external jobs whichwould include re-roofing replacing windows and doors.
