This long established and reputed personal injury and litigation firm is looking for a Law Costs Draftsperson to join their in-house costs team.In this role you willprovide a costing service to the Firm and to liaise with Fee Earners in respect of Bills of Costs, Points of Dispute and Points of Reply, negotiations and Assessment Proceedings, Statements of Costs and Costs Budgets.Ideally you should already have at least 3 years experience as a law costs draftsperson, running your own full case load to include drafting bills of costs, points of dispute, drafting points of reply and negotiating. You will usually instruct counsel, butthose with any advocacy experience will be encouraged to attend court where possible.Ideally your experience should be from a personal injury, clinical negligence or insurance setting.In return for your expertise you receive an excellent salary up to £38,000.You will work in this small and friendly team and progress internally.Those living in Somerset are welcome to work in the office, or this vacancy can be purely working from home.For more information click on "apply now" and send your CV through for consideration.
