Job Description

CLASS 1 HGV DRIVERS WANTED - DAYS, NIGHTS or TRAMPINGSearch Consultancy are recruiting Class 1 HGV Drivers Lancashire based Client. We have worked closely with them to recruit Class 1 HGV Drivers for over 8 years.As well as excellent rates of pay, you will be rewarded with clean work, good hours and top of the range vehicles.The JobDriving a Class 1 HGV Truck to deliver temperature controlled loads. You will be trunking around the UK, similar experience delivering to regional distribution centres is an advantage.Duties will involve dropping and swapping trailers, delivering and reloading and collections.

Start Times on days vary between 0200-0900

Start Times on nights vary between 1600-2000

Tramping is only available on early morning/day shifts

RATES OF PAYDays 14.00 phNights 15.00 phSaturday 16.50 phSunday 18.50 phNight Out £25Full Time and Part Time Hours AvailableMost shift patterns can be accommodated as this is a 24/7 operationDriver RequirementsIdeally drivers will have prior experience with chilled/frozen loads however training will be given so it not essential.Must have excellent knowledge of WTDGood geographical knowledge (ideally Scotland and Southern regions)You must have a Class 1 (C+E) licence, digi card and CPCYou will need to have no more than 6 minor points on your licence for insurance purposes and must have a digi card and CPC.Why temp with SearchThe search driving team has got over 10 years experience, winning awards yearly.
