Summary This is an exciting opportunity to support events programming and partnerships development across the Cliveden portfolio, based on-site at one of the National Trusts leading properties. Were looking for a proactive and creative team player who can assist in piecing together all the strands of work: from supporting programming partnerships, designing seasonal trails and activities, and organising and motivating volunteers, to taking the leadin the delivery of signage and interpretation boards. Click here for more information about this location What youll be doing Its an exciting time to join our portfolio team as we continue to look ahead to future projects. Youll work closely with colleagues across the property to ensure the delivery is smoothoperationally, departments feel involved, and objectives are met. Our programming will be focused on the connections we can make with our visitors and how engaged they feel, alongside some occasional commercial events. Youll work in collaboration to grow existing partnerships which will help design and support the delivery of activities. This role plays an important part in the work we have been doing, to make sure the places we care for are accessible and welcoming to ourvaried audiences through interpretation. With your keen eye for detail, you will lead on elements such as the creation of seasonal trails, developing crafting opportunities, to the visual design and development of signage, with a focus on brand identity. Being a people person is key to this role, as youll manage Craft and Events volunteers and liaise with multiple teams and external partners. Here youll be organising, rostering, and inspiring your volunteers to support the deliveries of the visitor experience. Tasks you may find yourself doing in this role will vary from being out in the woodland putting out the next family trail, communicating with your volunteer teams, to creating new interpretation/information boards and signage. The majority of the time your working week will be Monday to Friday, with working hours between 8am to 6pm, and on occasion evening and weekend working will be required.The role is team orientated and based on-site, with the opportunity to work from home on occasion.
