Summary Were looking for a proactive and creative colleague who can piece together all the strands of work: from driving visitor numbers through our programming and events, developing accessibility on our digital platforms, marketing and social media. This roleis key in developing partnerships whilst keeping quality presentation standards across the estate, reflecting Clivedens nature and history at the heart of all events and activities on site.The role of Creative Programme Manager will cover the Cliveden portfolio and will support the programming and partnerships development at across the portfolio, based at Cliveden.This is a fixed term contract due to end when the previous employee returns from maternity leave. Click here for more information about this location What youll be doing Its an exciting time to join our portfolio team as we continue to look ahead to future projects. Youll work closely with colleagues across the property to ensure the delivery is smooth operationally, departments feel involved, and objectives are met. Sometimesthe focus for our programming will be to increase growth of our visitor numbers or commercial output, other times it will be more focussed on the connections we can make with our visitors and how engaged they feel.Youll work in collaboration to grow existing partnerships and network to build new ones locally which will help design and support delivery of activities. This role plays an important part in the work we have been doing, to make sure the places we carefor are accessible and welcoming to our varied audiences through interpretation. With your eye for detail you will lead on the brand identity, from the written communications from our website and social media, to the visual representations like the designand development of signage.Being a people person is key to this role, as you will be line manager to two members of staff and volunteer manager to multiple volunteer groups, for example the House & Chapel Guides, Daily Talks & Bookshop team. Using your previous leadership experience,youll be leading, motivating, coaching and inspiring your teams to support the deliveries of the visitor experience.Tasks you may find yourself doing in this role will vary from being out in the parkland putting out the next family trail, meeting with a local partner about a collaboration, setting meetings to plan events and involve the whole property, meeting with yourvolunteer teams, writing for the website, or creating new interpretation panels. Working on a busy estate like Cliveden, youll play your part in the team by supporting on the busy days, whether that is as an event manager, duty manager or an operational support.Majority of the time this will be Monday to Friday, with the working hours between 8am to 6pm and on occasion evening and weekend working will be required.Internally this role is known as Programming & Partnerships Officer.
