Position : Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer or Lead Maintenance Engineer (Electrically biased)Sector : Engineering/ManufacturingLocation : SheffieldSalary : £35,000 - £40,000Shifts : Days regular 37.5 hours + overtimeMain Responsibility:Responsible for all reactive and planned electrical and mechanical maintenance on all plant and machinery fault-finding, servicing, and repairs, to ensure that equipment is kept to a high-level standard and guarantee continual production output. Main Duties :• Knowledge of PLC operated equipment• Fault Finding both Electrical & Mechanical machinery• Implementing a Total Preventative Maintenance programme on all Company plant & machinery. Providing both Reactive & Planned Preventative Maintenance.• Perform regular electrical installations.• Schedule contractors for regular and preventative maintenance programmes.• Organize the installation of new machinery.• Preserve suitable spare parts inventory.• Collaborate with the Process Engineer to prepare equipment for validation.Specification• Electrical qualifications (essential)• 18th (or 17th) edition installation requirements• FLT MEWP Ladder - Scaffold training (desirable)• Competent in Mechanical & Electrical repairs (essential)• Maintenance of machine tools (desirable)
