Job Description

A vacancy has arisen for a temporary Admin Assistant for an initial period of 3 months. Reporting to the Customer Services Manager, the Admin Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Customer Services department to ensure customer satisfaction is maintained.Duties:

  • Identifying and processing new orders within service levels
  • Reviewing orders for accuracy within agreed service levels
  • Answering and responding to email queries and online queries through the DD website
  • Reviewing and processing NCR’s (reported customer defects)
  • Processing the orders inbox
  • Supporting Epicor Dashboard.
  • Skills and Experience:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Administrative writing skills.
  • Computer literate
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Displays Company Values
