  • Uploading finailised payroll information to IRIS (our payroll provider) to include; Processing of special charges or deductions, P45s, Pensions Scheme.
  • Helping Collegues understand their payroll & dealing with queries
  • Auditing and uploading Right to work information/contracts etc. onto Procure Wizard
  • Payroll Journal
  • Purchase Ledger
  • Matching purchase orders and coding invoices within company accounting systems
  • Processing of purchase orders on Procure Wizard
  • Set up of new supplier accounts and maintaining existing account details within the purchase ledger on Xero and Procure Wizard
  • Reconciliation of supplier statements
  • Liaising with suppliers/assisting with queries
  • Flagging supplier contracts for cost efficiencies
  • Preparing payment run for GM approval
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Processing and monitoring of incoming payments
  • Generating and sending invoices for payments
  • Researching and resolving payment discrepancies
  • Sending Customer Statements
