Job Description

Department - SalesJob Title - Account Manager - Autowork Responsible to - Sales DirectorResponsible for - N/AMain ObjectivesThe primary purpose of the role is to promote and sell Autowork Online software and associated add on products to new Autowork prospects and existing customers. This role will require you to become familiar with the Autowork Online software and associatedproducts in order to allow you to provide demonstrations of the software to prospects and also provide information and assist existing customers where required. Specific Duties and Responsibilities

  • Gain an understanding of the Autowork Online software and be able to help deal with customers, prospects and distributors such as ECP, GROUPAUTO, UAN and Unipart.
  • Manage incoming enquiries for Autowork Online and other re-branded versions of the product such as the Bosch, Arnold Clark and ECP versions.
  • Talk to customers on a diverse range of subjects within Autowork Online including functionality and pricing.
  • Ensure leads, opportunities and actions are recorded correctly within our sales order system.
  • Process specific order forms received from customers and partners.
  • Contact new customers to check order details and make any amendments where necessary.
  • Answer incoming enquiries from existing and potential customers where necessary.
  • Report any problems with the order/delivery/installation/implementation process.
  • Identify areas of the proposals/order process for Autowork Online, where enhancements can be made to benefit our Software and its Autowork Online customers.
  • Carry out any on-line demos of Autowork Online and set up prospects that require a test system for a period following authorisation.
  • Review your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
Additional Duties
  • Working towards the aims and objectives of the company as a whole.
  • Providing cover and/or assisting colleagues in times of absence.
  • To fulfil departmental requirements in terms of administrative tasks, and to conform to departmental and company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain ongoing working co-operation with managers and staff within the department and the wider workplace.
  • Utilise provided tools and resources wherever possible, to help meet the above objectives.
  • A requirement may be needed for assistance to demonstrate Autowork at trade shows.
